Leave a legacy for women in Cambridge
Many of the rights women have today exist because we were willing to organise, speak out, and demand change. The women’s centres, campaigns, and mutual support networks that emerged during the second wave were built to improve and challenge a society that was often hostile to women.
Founded in 1982, Cambridge Women’s Resource Centre grew out of the tradition of grassroots feminist organising. For more than forty years, we have supported women locally while fighting wider struggles for equality and justice.
By leaving a gift in your will, you help ensure this work continues: protecting the gains that have been made and pushing for the rights women still do not have. A legacy gift, of any size, supports women facing disadvantage through practical help, confidence-building, and opportunities for change.
It is a way to pass on the values that shaped your life and to keep fighting for fairness, dignity, and equality long into the future.
